These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website subifyhub.site ("Site") and the services provided by Subify Hub LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Overview
Subify Hub LLC provides web development and digital marketing consultancy services, including but not limited to:
- Digital Marketing (ad campaign management across various platforms)
- Website Development (responsive website design and development)
- Web Application Development (custom web applications)
- SEO Services (search engine optimization audits and implementation)
All services are intangible and delivered electronically via email, file transfer, or project management portals. No physical goods are shipped or delivered as part of our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Site or engage our services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Engagement and Proposals
Each project begins with a discovery call or consultation, after which we provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work commences only after the client approves the proposal and any required deposits are received.
The proposal, once accepted, forms part of these Terms and constitutes a binding agreement between the client and Subify Hub LLC.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Our service prices range from $200 to $1,000 USD depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
- A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in the project proposal.
- Payment is accepted via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified at the time of purchase.
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge on the outstanding balance.
5. Project Timeline and Delivery
We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed-upon timeline. However, timelines may be affected by:
- Delays in receiving client feedback, content, or approvals
- Changes or additions to the original project scope
- Unforeseen technical challenges
We will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly and work to minimize delays.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary content, images, login credentials, and information in a timely manner
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the timeframes specified in the proposal
- Ensure all content provided does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom work created specifically for their project (website code, custom graphics, content written by us).
- Subify Hub LLC retains the right to use project screenshots and descriptions in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Third-party tools, fonts, frameworks, and libraries used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Revisions and Scope Changes
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes to the project scope beyond what is agreed upon may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.
9. Refund and Cancellation

10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Site or services to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Build or promote content that is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any related networks
- Use our services to build websites or campaigns for illegal products, services, or activities
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Site or services
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend work, or terminate an engagement if we reasonably believe a client is using our services for a prohibited purpose.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Subify Hub LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) content or materials you provide to us for use in your project; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Subify Hub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our services.
13. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for excellence in every project, we do not guarantee:
- Specific search engine rankings or positions
- A specific volume of traffic, leads, or sales
- Uninterrupted or error-free website performance
We do warrant that all work will be completed with reasonable skill and care, consistent with industry standards.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement for a period of two (2) years.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination:
- The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
- All completed deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
- Refund eligibility will be determined per our Refund Policy.
16. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@subifyhub.site. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue mediation or, failing that, formal proceedings in accordance with the Governing Law section below. Each party is responsible for its own costs incurred during informal resolution efforts.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.
18. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any accepted project proposal, constitute the entire agreement between the client and Subify Hub LLC regarding the subject matter herein, superseding any prior agreements.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or hosting outages, or acts of government.
- Independent Contractor: Subify Hub LLC operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.
19. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
